The first thing one thinks when one of Outsourcing hear is the cost reduction. At least it was so still not so long ago ... The modern trends are, however, much more in the direction safety and quality, and of course the companies resort to outsourcing to improve their performance. As Allie Young, VP at Gartner, said the trend towards improvement of the business by outsourcing a sign of a "mature market".
The buyers of IT outsourcing services expected in the next two years, an expansion of service usage, while for 88 percent of those organizations that already outsource their partnership with service providers in the future to a higher level do. 2007 the figure stood at 67 percent.
About 85 percent of organizations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East want to keep their outsourcing budgets over the next two years on the same level or even increase, compared with 62 percent in 2007.
